All Habitat products are quality tested before they are packaged and sent, however in the unusual case of breakage or a fault with the foaming pump and nozzle, we offer free replacements within 90 days of purchase, provided that:
The item has not been broken/damaged & is in new condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
A clearly marked note with your order number is included to present on the packaging confirming whether you'd like to be exchanged or refunded. The more detail the better!
What if my product is faulty?
Faulty items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your item is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
